Whosale Program

Forming partnerships with creative talent just makes great business sense ! At St. Louis Internet we'll take care of the "back room" so you can focus on your business.

Our whosale program lets you decide how visible (or invisible) we are to your clients. Many of our resellers choose to invoice and support their customers directly by bundling design and web-hosting services into one agreement with their client. Others choose to have St. Louis Internet handle certain customer support functions. The whosale price we offer you will vary depending on what services you will be providing directly and those services you want us to provide.

How it works:

Decide which services above you want to sell
Complete the form below and let us know your interests
We will respond with the program costs based on which services you want to resell
There is a one-time $200 setup fee which covers our costs in adding or changing such items as domain server information, dialup authentication, etc. regardless of the number of accounts you have or the type of services you select
Once your account is setup you must deposit funds either by check or credit card in advance of each month to cover your service cost for the next month.
Service is billed monthly and is not pro-rated. Any new account activated during a given month is charged for that month.
You will receive an EMAIL invoice on the 2nd day of each month and payment is due on the 15th. If there are insufficient funds on the last working day of a month to cover next months' charges your service will be suspended and a $200 reactivation fee applies.
You can decide on your own rates for the services you want to offer and bill your clients as you like.
You retain ownership to your client base
Any account cancellations must be made before 12PM CST on the last working day of a month to avoid being invoiced for the next month.

Exceptions:

DSL, T-1 and ISDN dedicated connections require an annual agreement. You must bind the customer to the agreement and are responsible for payment each month.
Server Co-Location requires either a 6-month or annual agreement and is billed quarterly in advance
